Concealed Handgun Permit Application (SP-248 Revised 10-01-2017)
(Virginia residents: complete and submit to the Circuit Court in the jurisdiction where you reside.  Nonresidents:  Instructions are available at Nonresident Concealed Handguns. NOTE: Due to a high volume of applications, the current processing time for nonresident concealed handgun permits is 2 to 3 months.
